We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi’s®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™The FICO Team Lead is a full-time member of the LS&Co SAP ERP project team (Project Solar) and is responsible for leading the finance and controlling (FICO) work for the regional system implementations of SAP S/4 HANA Retail. The FICO Team Lead is a key people manager, managing the day-to-day work of their team (a subset of the broader FICO team), ensuring that quality deliverables are completed in a timely manner, while also providing guidance and coaching. The FICO Team Lead reports to the Senior Director, Global Process Team and will also work closely with the Regional Deployment Lead(s). The FICO Team Lead has ownership of the project deliverables for their respective business areas and ultimately ensure that the solution will fulfil the needs of their representative process scope and LS&Co business. The FICO team’s focus is on the analysis and decomposition of business processes, documenting business process requirements, and designing and testing the system enablers to support the organization’s “to-be” process vision. The FICO Team Lead is the essential liaison between the project team members and the business and should be a champion of the solution within the business. The team is expected to actively lead and participate in workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community. The team partners with the FICO IT organization to design and build objects to meet business requirements. The team will engage in the system testing phase to ensure business requirements have been met. The team is also involved in data conversion, cut-over planning, organizational change management, and post-implementation support. The candidate can be located anywhere within the U.S. There will likely be some travel involved throughout the project. The Lead will first focus on the U.S. implementation and roll onto future regional releases for Europe, Asia, and South America. About the Job: <ul><li>Manage the day-to-day activities of approximately 5 FICO business process team members for their respective functional area and ensure that milestones are achieved </li><li>Approve business process scope, milestones, and the completion of phases at quality checkpoints for the regional releases across the broader FICO team </li></ul><ul><li>Accountable for the FICO team regional’s deliverables for respective functional areas (Requirements, Business Process Documents, Functional Specs, Training Guides, etc.), ensuring quality and completeness </li><li>Work closely with the technical IT team to facilitate the completion of development objects in support of the business processes </li><li>Communicate progress and status on a regular basis to FICO management and PMO </li><li>Assist in driving the execution of testing, identification of transactions and data to be tested, and managing test problem resolution </li><li>Provide first line of support during the implementation stabilization period, including triage and assignment of tickets to relevant FICO team members and IT. </li></ul><ul><li>Support data conversion activities (strategy, data cleansing, validation, etc.) </li><li>Resolve and escalate business issues that impact the ability of the process team to deliver project goals and escalate issues as appropriate </li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with business partners as part of stakeholder engagement program, including creation and delivery of presentations </li><li>Liaise with regional deployment lead(s) on cut-over activities (planning, business ramp down, business ramp up, etc.) </li><li>Engage with the organizational change management team on change impact identification and review of training materials </li></ul>About You: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or systems </li><li>10+ years of professional work experience </li><li>3+ years of leadership experience </li><li>Accounting background, particularly U.S. GAAP </li></ul><ul><li>2 years+ of experience with system implementations and configurations, SAP or SAP S/4 HANA preferred </li><li>Experience as an ERP end-user, SAP or SAP S/4 HANA preferred </li><li>Knowledge of three or more business domain areas within FICO with strong business application knowledge (AP, AR, GL, intercompany, inventory, revenue, COPA, fixed assets, tax, FP&A, treasury, etc.) </li><li>Ability to work both in a management capacity, and in a detailed, hands-on system capacity </li><li>Ability to work in diversified teams and guide and motivate project team members </li></ul><ul><li>Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task </li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information </li><li>The ability to maintain good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to listen </li><li>Ability to lead a team and help prioritize workload to meet all team deliverables </li><li>Influencing skills and the ability to present project details to senior management </li></ul><ul><li>Empowerment to make decisions on functional, process, or operational changes </li><li>Ability to raise relevant issues, drive for solution, and make decisions under time constraints </li><li>Experience with conducting presentations and training </li></ul>Currently, LS&CO requires proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of commencing employment, except in those jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
